Booking Policy

Last updated October 14, 2026. These terms apply to hookah catering booked with K2 Clouds (“K2 Clouds”, “we”, “us”), based in Frisco, Texas. “Host” means the person who books the event.

Quotes and confirmed bookings

Submitting the inquiry form on this website requests a quote. It does not reserve a date. Your date is reserved only after we confirm availability in writing (by text or email) and receive your deposit. If your written confirmation includes event-specific terms, those terms apply where they differ from this page.

Pricing

• The Cloud: $155 for 3 hookahs and 2 hours of service.
• The Lounge: $360 for 5 hookahs and 3 hours of service.
• The K2 Experience: $765 for 10 hookahs and 4 hours of service.
• Build Your Own: $26 per hookah per hour, or $24 per hookah per hour for every hookah when you book 4 or more. Minimum 3 hookahs and 2 hours, in half-hour increments.
• Ice hose: $5 per hookah.
• Milk base: $10 per hookah.
• Travel: no fee within 25 miles of Frisco, TX; a flat $50 travel fee for venues farther away. We confirm the distance in your quote.

Fixed package prices apply only to the hookah count and hours shown; changing either is priced as Build Your Own. Applicable taxes, if any, are stated in your written quote. Estimates shown on this website are not a final quote.

Deposit and payment

• A deposit of 50% of your quoted total reserves your date.
• The remaining balance is due on the event day, before setup begins.
• We accept Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, cash and card. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never ask for card numbers by text or email.
• No payment is collected through this website.

Cancellations

Cancel by text or email. The cutoff is 24 hours before your scheduled start time, in Dallas (Central) time.

• Cancel 24 hours or more before your start time and your deposit is refunded in full, using your original payment method where possible.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before your start time and your deposit is non-refundable. This includes bookings made less than 24 hours before the event.
• If we must cancel your event for reasons on our side, we refund everything you have paid.

For example, for an event starting at 7:00 PM on October 16, a cancellation sent by 7:00 PM on October 15 is refunded; one sent after that is not.

Rescheduling and weather

You may move your event to a new date at no charge if you ask 24 hours or more before your start time, subject to availability; your deposit carries over to the new date. A request made less than 24 hours before the start time is treated as a cancellation. For outdoor events, please plan a covered backup area; weather-related changes follow these same rescheduling and cancellation terms.

Extra time

If you would like service to continue past your booked hours, we will extend when our staff are available and you agree. Extra time is billed at the Build Your Own rate ($26 per hookah per hour, or $24 with 4+ hookahs) in half-hour increments and is due at the end of service.

Age requirement

All hookah users must be 21 or older. We check IDs on site and will not serve anyone who is under 21 or cannot show valid ID. The host is responsible for making sure hookah service is limited to eligible adult guests.

Venue, setup and safety

The host is responsible for getting the venue’s permission for hookah service, including any indoor smoking rules, and for telling us about access, parking, power, table space and restrictions before the event. We may pause or end service if conditions become unsafe, if someone under 21 attempts to use the service, if our staff are mistreated, or if venue rules or the law require it. In those cases, the booked fees remain due.

Equipment

Our hookahs and accessories remain our property. The host is responsible for damage to or loss of our equipment caused by the host or guests, beyond normal wear, and will be billed the repair or replacement cost.

Health notice

Hookah smoking carries health risks, including exposure to nicotine, smoke and carbon monoxide. It is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or has heart or respiratory conditions. Guests choose to participate at their own discretion.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an event is limited to the amount paid for that event. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may update this page; the version in effect when your booking is confirmed applies to that booking.
