02How far in advance should I book?
Please reach out at least 24 hours before your event. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your timing, subject to availability. For weekends and holidays, we recommend getting in touch as early as you can.
03What areas do you serve and is there a travel fee?
We are based in Dallas and welcome requests across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Availability, travel radius and any travel fee are confirmed with your quote before booking.
04What’s included in setup?
Our event service brings hookah setups, selected flavors and professional attendants, with setup and breakdown. Exact quantities, accessories and attendant coverage are listed in your final quote.
05Can we choose flavors?
Yes. In the booking form you can pick each flavor yourself, or choose “Let the K2 team decide” and we’ll curate a lineup for your event. The menu shows our current selection; stock and final blends are confirmed with your quote.

Two optional service preferences are available: an ice hose for +$5 per hookah, and a milk base (milk instead of water) for +$10 per hookah. Select them in the booking form and they’re added to your estimate.
