Privacy Policy

Last updated October 14, 2026. This policy explains how K2 Clouds (“K2 Clouds”, “we”, “us”), a hookah catering business based in Frisco, Texas, handles information collected through this website and when we plan and serve your event.

Information we collect

• Inquiry details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, how you heard about us, event type, date, time, guest count, venue and address, package, flavor and service preferences, and any notes.
• Booking and payment records: what you booked, amounts, dates and payment confirmations. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Messages: texts, emails and calls you exchange with us.
• Technical information: our hosting and security providers process information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and block automated abuse.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in your inquiry notes.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, prepare your quote and plan your event.
• To confirm your booking, take payments and provide the service.
• To keep records required for tax and accounting purposes.
• To send occasional offers by email or text, only if you tick the optional offers box in our booking form. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Formspree delivers website inquiries to our email.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile, which checks that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot.
• Google (Gmail) is where we receive and answer your messages.
• Payment providers (Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and our card processor) handle payments you choose to make through them.

Each provider handles information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information until you ask us to delete it. When you do, we delete it except for records we must keep by law, such as payment and tax records for completed bookings.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can stop marketing messages at any time. Email K2cloudsdallas@gmail.com or call 214-310-7003. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within 45 days.

Browser storage and cookies

When you confirm you are 21 or older, we store that confirmation and an expiry date in your browser for 30 days, so you are not asked on every visit. It does not include your birth date or identity. Booking form details stay in the page’s memory and are cleared when you leave or reload the page. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile may read browser and device signals to tell people from bots.

Age requirement

Our services are for adults 21 and older. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit access to your information to the people who need it to run your event. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. See also our Terms & Booking Policy.
